Will Call Delivery
Will call is ideal for those that want to control the frequency of their propane delivery or prefer to be home when a delivery arrives. Customers call and schedule delivery at their convenience, which works very well for those that use propane as a backup source of heat or power. This type of delivery method also works best for customers that have a gated property or animals that are frightened by strangers. To ensure the best level of service, we ask customers on our “will-call” program to call for a delivery when the tank levels reach 35%.

Scheduled delivery is where we set a schedule and automatically dispatch your deliveries on a scheduled frequency basis. We periodically check on your tank level and do our best to ensure you never run out of propane. We do ask that you keep an eye on your tank gauge for peace of mind. As part of our scheduled delivery service, we also offer fully automated delivery, with ClearChoice tank monitoring. These types of delivery methods are best for people that prefer the comfort of never running out, and companies that require automated supply of propane.
